Nita Steketee is a certified 500 hr E-RYT500 and 200hr E-RYT200 teacher of Yoga and Meditation from Amsterdam, Holland. Nita teaches all levels of yoga from meditative/restorative classes to the more advanced classic yoga classes. Nita loves yoga and meditation in all it forms and variations and shares in her classes the knowledge about yoga given to her by her teachers, she is thankful for all the different aspects of yoga they shared with her. She holds a master Degree in Art and Design and is also the owner of YogaYoga and prior to that of YogaMonkey.
