*Yoga classes are generally an hour and a half long, unless otherwise noted. 
*Please be sure to arrive no later than 15 minutes before Yin Yoga classes to ensure a spot and props. 
*Doors to the studio open no earlier than 20 minutes before each scheduled starting time of classes or events.

  • Single Class $18 ($16 for students)
  • 1 Hour Classes $15 or class card.
  • 5 Class card $80 ($16 per class/ 2 month expiration)
  • 10 Class card $150  ($15 per class/ 3 month expiration)
  • 20 class card at $280 ($14 per class/ 4 month expiration)
  • 30 class card at $390 ($13 per class/ 5 month expiration)
  • 10% discounted rate for seniors and students on the 10 Class card ONLY
  • Community Class: Sliding Scale $8-$18 .

Class Levels:

  • Level 1- Is a class designed to meet the needs of students that are new to the Yoga practice or for students that wish to have a less vigorous and slower moving class. Detailed alignment instruction is provided.
  • Level 1-2/ Slow Vinyasa- Is a class which serves students that wish to transition from a Basics level to an intermediate level class. Simple Vinyasa ( flowing from posture to posture with breath awareness) as well as held postures and alignment instruction will be incorporated.
  • Level 2/ Vinyasa-Is a faster paced class in which more advanced postures will be incorporated with many variations to meet your specific abilities. Not recommended for beginners.
  • Community Class -is a mixed-level flow yoga class available to the community by a sliding scale rate of $8-$18. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, come and experience a joyful opening and strengthening of the body and spirit.
  • Open Level Yoga- This class is open to various levels of parctitioners. Various optiions will be offered and you decide what level is appropriate. for you to work at. Not recommended for total beginners.  
  • Yin Yoga- is a slow, deep practice that targets our connective tissue, joints and brings a deep sense of balance to the body and mind. Simple postures on the floor will be practiced to relax your muscles in order to stimulate the ligaments, joints and layers of fascia. This class is open to all levels including students that our regular flowing classes are not appropriate for. 
  • Gentle Yoga & Restorative- This class will combine gentle yoga postures, followed by relaxing restorative poses. Open to all levels including very beginners.
  • Slow Flow & Yoga Nidra- This practice will link the breath to a slow flowing yoga class, incorporating awareness, alignment, and mindfulness practices. The class will conclude with a full Yoga Nidra practice, which is a guided meditation that facilitates deep relaxation & healing. Open to all levels. 
  • Awakend Instinct Yoga- Using yoga as a base, it incorporates shaking, deep stretch, breath work and release, intention and attention, guided meditation, and dance & animal inspired intuitive movement. It aims to activate, open, and clear the channels for free flow of energy and circulation, as well as calm the nervous system.
