*Please prepare props as best you can before class. Cans, books etc. stacked work well for blocks, belts, scrafs and ties work well for straps, throw blankets, towels and cusions are good for blankets and bolsters. 
* The zoom site is free and relatively easy to use once you become familar with it. Please play with it before class at your leisure, to insure getting in and ready to go by class start time. You can chat with other classmates before and after class, which is a really lovely feeling!
* You have the option to allow yourself to be seen by others, or not. 
*If you wish for the Teacher to see you standing and when on the floor, play with locating your phone, or Computer camera
in a way that we can see you best.
*YouTube has many helpful tutorials on how to navigate Zoom.

Class Levels:

  • Level 1- Is a class designed to meet the needs of students that are new to the Yoga practice or for students that wish to have a less vigorous and slower moving class. Detailed alignment instruction is provided.
  • Level 1-2/ Slow Vinyasa- Is a class which serves students that wish to transition from a Basics level to an intermediate level class. Simple Vinyasa ( flowing from posture to posture with breath awareness) as well as held postures and alignment instruction will be incorporated.
  • Level 2/ Vinyasa-Is a faster paced class in which more advanced postures will be incorporated with many variations to meet your specific abilities. Not recommended for beginners.
  • Open Level Yoga- This class is open to various levels of parctitioners. Various optiions will be offered and you decide what level is appropriate. for you to work at. Not recommended for total beginners.  
  • Yin Yoga- is a slow, deep practice that targets our connective tissue, joints and brings a deep sense of balance to the body and mind. Simple postures on the floor will be practiced to relax your muscles in order to stimulate the ligaments, joints and layers of fascia. This class is open to all levels including students that our regular flowing classes are not appropriate for. 
  • Awakend Instinct- This unique method incorporates shaking, deep stretch, breath work and release, intention and attention, guided meditation, dance & animal inspired intuitive movement. It aims to activate, open, and clear the channels for free flow of energy and circulation, as well as calm the nervous system.
  • Gong Healing Soundscapes- In this hour you will make yourself comfortable with bolsters and blankets we provide, so that you can relax fully into the powerful healing and cleanings effects of the synphonic gong. No postures will be taught. Open to all. 
  • Yogic Conditioning- In this class you will build strength, flexibility, tone and shape muscles in ways that will enhance your yoga practice and physique as well as create deep relaxation. Yoga plus Barre class inspired elements will be incorporated and class will finish with a deep relaxing guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). 
  • Guided Meditation- These one hour guided Meditation classes combine traditional Tibetan, Vipassana and Mindfulness Meditation techniques. They incorporate body relaxation, breathing, and guided imagery. These are non-religious meditations. Each class with have a theme.  Come experience a style of Meditation that is truly unique. Offered by suggested donation of $15.
