Allison has been teaching Yoga since 2003, after completing the Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training. She taught extensively in NYC at the Jivamukti Yoga School, Exhale Spa, Lila Yoga Dharma and Wellness, Three Jewels Yoga and Bent on Learning. Allison also lead retreats, worked with private client instruction and instructed yoga and mindfulness for grade school children in inner city public schools. After spending some time working in the music industry in California Allison in excited to be back in NY teaching Yoga in Woodstock her new hometown.
