Kimberly is trained in Hatha Yoga with Raghunath Capo and Sondra Loring, Prana Vinyasa with Shiva Rea and Coral Brown, and Yantra Yoga with Fabio Andrico. She teaches all levels of yoga with emphasis on vinyasa as movement meditation, breath as initiator of movement, and prana as underlying and creating alignment within asana.
Kim is also trained in Advanced Reiki with Lorry Salluzzi. She holds an BA in Art with an MFA in Poetry and lives with her husband, their 2 daughters, 3 dogs and 3 cats in Woodstock.
