Giaco is passionate about teaching yoga as a spiritual practice through the method of Jivamukti Yoga, in which he received his certification. He cultivates awareness of the breath in the yoga practitioner and linking it with the artform of sequencing asana postures in a vinyasa style. His inegration of conscious uplifting music and spoken word in class offers a unique sense of joy filled wonderment. With a mission to serve by offering these teachings, he makes great efforts to create a seamless experience that inspires a deeper connection to the Self, Earth and all beings.
